During my time as UX Content Leader at Mercado Libre, I took the lead on multiple Seller Experience - Fashion projects, and one of the standout initiatives was the creation of a comprehensive Size Guide for sellers. This groundbreaking feature empowers sellers to utilize existing brand size guides or create standardized size charts, reducing returns and size-related issues, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for buyers.
Elevating seller success: the fashion size guide project
As UX Content Leader at Mercado Libre, I played a key role in driving innovation within the Seller Experience - Fashion project. One of our notable accomplishments was the introduction of the Fashion Size Guide. This transformative feature was designed to provide fashion sellers with the tools to improve the accuracy of their size information, ultimately resulting in higher-quality sales and a superior shopping experience for buyers.
Our comprehensive Size Guide experience not only allows sellers to seamlessly integrate existing brand size guides but also empowers them to create standardized size charts. This innovative approach significantly reduces the occurrence of returns and claims related to size discrepancies, ensuring a smoother and more satisfying shopping journey for Mercado Libre users.
