Enhancing Agro-Content through heuristic evaluations: a focus on Agronet and Siriiagro

As a Content Designer / UX Writer at the Unidad de Planificación Rural Agropecuaria (UPRA), I contributed to improving the learning products and platforms for the Colombian agricultural sector. I conducted heuristic evaluations focused on content, highlighting key insights for Agronet and Siriiagro platforms. Optimizing agricultural platforms: content strategy and heuristic evaluations at UPRA

Working as a Content Designer / UX Writer at the Unidad de Planificación Rural Agropecuaria (UPRA), I played a key role in shaping the content strategy for products that target the Colombian agricultural sector. My work included collaborating on content creation and conducting in-depth evaluations of existing digital products and platforms.

One of the outstanding initiatives I led was the evaluation of Agronet, the agricultural information network. My focus was to assess the value of the platform's content, determine which courses and materials were most consulted, and provide recommendations on which resources should be updated or adapted for the upcoming Observatory platform.

I also conducted a comprehensive diagnostic of Siriiagro (Sistema de Reporte de Información de Insumos Agropecuarios), analyzing the content to ensure it meets user needs and providing actionable recommendations to improve the platform's user experience.

These diagnostic reports are currently being reviewed within UPRA, and their findings will guide improvements in future iterations of these platforms.
