As the Product Owner and Content Designer, I led the redesign of Círculo de Viajes Universal's website, a complete transformation, with enhanced user experience, and the debut of a really digital transactional platform. In just 8 two-week sprints, we achieved a remarkable milestone: a full transactional website with over 100 online contracts sold in the first month.

In this transformative project, I played an essential role as the Product Owner and Content Designer. Our primary objective was to revamp Círculo de Viajes Universal's website, focusing on improving the user experience and introducing a transactional platform for managing savings plans.
Our approach was built on the agile Scrum framework, spanning 8 two-week sprints. The end result was a redesigned website that significantly elevated user engagement and started the path in digital sales for the company.
