At Parameta, I served as the Change Management Leader, guiding and consulting on change management in digital transformation projects for procurement and supply processes. This initiative involved implementing the Coupa software in organizations like Primax Ecuador, Agrosavia, Grupo BIOS, Copa Airlines, MCB Group, and Multibank.
Our approach was grounded in the development and implementation of agile change methodologies, focusing on the creation of communication strategies and work plans. These strategies were meticulously designed to ensure the understanding, acceptance, and adaptation of the new experience. They also conveyed how to operate effectively following the transition.
Each project's impact was substantial, achieving an impressive over 80% user acceptance rate—both internally and among suppliers—before the tool's official launch.
Due to privacy policies of the companies involved, unfortunately I cannot share more details of the transformation processes. I can only share a couple of articles that we developed together with the CEO of Parameta, to accompany companies in the changes of the relationship with suppliers during the Covid-19 pandemic and a strategic sourcing test that are still in the public domain.
